About

I have spent more than two years designing, building, and documenting no-code and low-code automation, CRM, and integration systems for clients in the US, UK, Ireland, Australia, Vietnam, Denmark, and Nigeria.

My core tools are Make.com, n8n, Zapier, and Airtable, alongside CRM development, REST API and webhook integrations, revenue operations, and AI workflows on the Claude and OpenAI APIs.

I work directly with non-technical founders and stakeholders, turn their requirements into reliable automations, and document each build so their team can run it without me. The multilingual lead intake system below cut manual handling by more than 90 percent.

Multilingual lead intake and auto-reply

Trigger

A new enquiry lands in a Microsoft 365 inbox. The scenario checks the inbox every 15 minutes and filters to client registration emails only.

How it works

Two AI agents summarise the email and extract structured fields. A router splits by detected language (German, Spanish, English). Sibling scenarios handle duplicate checks and draft a reply in the enquirer's own language.

Outcome

Manual handling of enquiries cut by more than 90 percent, with a reply drafted in the sender's language.

Trigger

A row changes in Google Sheets when a learner completes a course.

How it works

The scenario fills a Slides template, exports it to PDF, converts it to an image, publishes it to Webflow, marks the row done, and deletes the temporary file. A connected flow creates a personal AI video and sends both by email.

Outcome

Fully hands-off from course completion to delivery, with a status column updated at the end of every run.

Multi-entity deal to job pipeline

How it works

A router sends each new deal down the branch for its trading entity. Each branch searches QuickBooks for the customer and job, creates whichever is missing, creates the estimate, then writes back to Pipedrive and Airtable. A second scenario creates the 29 day inspection event in Basecamp for won deals, guarded by filters and a Data Store check.

Outcome

Estimates land in the correct one of three company accounts with line items mapped to SKU level, and reruns create no duplicates. The companion Airtable base holds 1,900+ live forecast records with 10+ role-specific views.

Trigger

A Podio event fires the scenario for a quote.

How it works

Four Podio lookups collect the quote, contact, company, and machine, and filters stop the run unless the data and a price exist. A template comes from Google Drive, Claude drafts the offer as HTML, CloudConvert produces the PDF, and a router creates the customer's OneDrive folder if it is missing before uploading and updating Podio.

Outcome

Structured offer documents generated from Podio data and filed automatically, with the result written back to the record.

Meeting scheduling from Podio to Microsoft 365 and Teams

Trigger

A new meeting item appears in Podio. The scenario polls every 6 minutes.

How it works

A router splits by meeting type: phone, in person at a restaurant, or online. Each branch looks up the appointment and the customer, then a second router handles every combination of attendee addresses (work, other, home). Online meetings create the Teams meeting first and fetch its details. Each branch creates the calendar event and writes the result back to Podio.

Outcome

Fifteen event branches cover every attendee combination, so bookings turn into calendar events and Teams links without manual invites.
